Ingredients

45 minutes
8 servings
  • 2 cupswhite sugar
  • 1 1/4 cupvegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • 2 cupspumpkin
  • 4eggs
  • 2 cupsall purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoonsbaking powder
  • 2teapoons baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • 2 teaspoonsground cinnamon
  • 1 cupchopped walnut

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Pre heat oven to 170 degrees. grease and flour your baking tin. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. set aside

  2. 2

    In large bowl combine sugar and oil. Blend in vanilla and pumpkin, then bit in eggs one at a time. Gradually beet in flour mixture. Stir in nuts. Spread batter into prepared tin.

  3. 3

    Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool
