Dry Roast til in kadhai.

Geate gud. Cut coconut in thin pieces.

Heat ghee in Kadhai. Add gud. Make 1 string consistency chasni. Check it by dropping it in water. If it forms in round ball, it is done.

Add till & coconut. Mix well. Switch off gas.

Grease working surface & roller pin (belan) with ghee. Transfer til gud mixture on working surface.

Quickly flatten with roller pin like thin chapati.

Immediately cut with knife in squares.

Once cooled. Store it in air tight container.
