Ingredients

3 to 4 people
  1. 1 litrecow milk for chena
  2. 1 litremilk for raas
  3. 4-5chopped almonds
  4. 4-5 strands kesar
  5. 2-3 podselaichi
  6. 2 tablespoonsvinegar

Cooking Instructions

    Boil 1 litre milk and let it reduce to 500 ml and later add kesar strands soaked in milk and add sugar and almonds

    For chenna

    Boil the milk and then cool it lil till room temperature then add the vinegar and strain in a cloth..wash with cold water

    Then mash it for 5 mins and add 1 pinch cornflour

  5. 5

    Make flat balls of chenna

  6. 6

    Boil it in sugar syrup and cover it for 2 mins.

  7. 7

    Add the balls to raas
