Dry Roast til in kadhai.

Add ghee in pan. Once melted add sugar. Make 1.5 string chasni.

Check by dropping one drop in water bowl. If it forms in small ball then it's done.

Add til. Mix well. Switch off gas.

Grease working platform & roller pin with ghee. Transfer til & sugar mixture on greased platform. Make round ball.

Flatten with roller pin as thin as possible.

Store in air tight container.
