2 slicecheese
1 bunchchives
2 dashcream
2 pinchpepper
1 tspsalt
3 cloveof chopped garlic

mash potatoes in a bowl

add cream, salt and pepper

mix it and then add chives and cheese

heat a pan and saute some garlic in it

add the mixture of the potatoes into the pan and then heat till golden brown

serve it up and add chives on it for garnishing
