spices
2 tbspcrushed red peppers
2 tbsplawrys season salt
1 tbspchili powder
1 tbsporegeno
5 dashworchester sauce
2 dashtabasco sauce
1 tspolive oil

chop peppers, onions, garlic in olive oil and saute.
