Vegetarian pizza with roasted peppers and cherry tomatoes Vegetarian pizza with roasted peppers and cherry tomatoes
Pizza is always a life-saver if you arrive home late to a hungry family and have nothing planned. It is also a great way of getting young children to eat vegetables without noticing that they are :-) This time I used the leftovers of a roasted red pepper, eggplant and onion salad (recipe here: https://cookpad.wasmer.app/us/recipes/253839 ) and it was delicious and well worth sharing. Vegetarian 'Cheeseburger' Pizza Vegetarian 'Cheeseburger' Pizza
There is a vegan recipe in 'La Dolce Vegan' by Sarah Kramer, which is certainly the inspiration for this recipe. I had no vegan cheese (or onion :-O ) so it became vegetarian. Make sure the cheeses you use are vegetarian (no animal rennet used) to make sure! Celeste -
