Steps

Bleach the palm oil cover it and bleach it for 5minutes allow it to cool.

Wash the meat,spice with onion,salt,knorr cubes cook it till is tender and the water resuced.

Blend the rodo and green bell pepper boil in a seperate pot till the water reduce.cut the boiled meat into small squared shapes

Turn up the heat,warm up the bleached oil,add chopped onion,iru and stir fry till translucent.

Add chopped meat,stir fry intermittently.add extra peppee if need be and add the boiled pepper.

And fry for extra 10minutes,stir at low heat to prevent burnt taste and smell.

Let the palmoil float before adding knorr cubes,salt and after 3minutes remove from heat.

Parboil the ofada rice for 12minutes and wash.boil add salt when boiling and remove from heat onces is done.

Boil the egg for 3minutes and allow to cool before peeling the back off.
