Beat the eggs in separate bowls

Wash and cut the capsicum(hoho),coriander (dhania,tomatoes, onions, in separate bowls

Put a non -pan on the heat,

Add a little oil,let it get heat

Fry the onions till brown

Add the browned onions,to the eggs together with all the remaining chopped vegetables

Mix them using a fork and then pour on the heated pan with little oil

Fry till golden brown

Turn the other part and fry it till golden brown

Roll it thrice

Plate it on a side plate

Serve with hot beverage of your choice.
