Pehle pan garam karke 1tbsp cooking oil Daliye dein baby corn add karke kuchh time fry kijiye.

Baby corn jab Thoda brown ho jaye usko ek plate me nikal dijiye.

Then uss pan me thoda oil add karke onion paste cook karein. 2 min tak cook karne ke baad usme haldi powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam Masala add karke 2/3 min tak cook karein.

Then tomato puree add karke 2min tak cook karna hai.

Jab Masala se oil ane lage usme fried baby corn add karke achhe milana hai.

Uske baad pan gravy ke liye 1/2 cup water add karke low flame me 8-10 min tak cook karein.

Then ise coriander leave se garnish karke garma garam serve karein.
