put the desired amount of soybeans in a covered pan

pour water over the beans to cover them completely

cover with a lid and let it soak in the water over night

drain the soybeans

put the drained soybeans in a single layer in a baking pan

put them in the oven and bake at 200°F Fahrenheit for 2 and half hours

check the pan every 30 minutes while cooking to stir. they will be golden Brown when it is done

you can add any seasoning to the soy nuts for your desired taste. these are high in protein and are less fattening than regular nuts
