Drain artichokes, reserving 1/2 cup marinade. set side. cut artichoke into slices; set aide. in a skillet, saute green onion in oil until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Remove from the heat.

In a large bowl, combine eggs, artichoke, mushroom, cheese, cracker crumbs, onion mixture & reserved marinade.

Transfer to a greased 13 in x 9 in baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F, for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting. Yield: 9 servings.
