Boil milk & when it starts to show bubble add vinegar.

Drain excess water from paneer.

Heat ghee in a kadhai & add paneer.After 2 or 3 mins add jaggery.

Stir it constantly to avoid burning.

When it will start to leave the side of the kadhai switch off the flame.

Make it cool & then mash it well.

Then make sandesh as per your choice.
