Steps

Knead the rice flour adding salt,ghee and flour to a soft dough

Prepare a filling with coconut and jaggery (1/2 of the jaggery)

Make a soft dough with salt,ghee rice flour,plain flour and warm water
- 4
Now take small portions of the dough and make small balls
- 5
Flat the balls and keep filling inside of it
- 6
Now fold this to a shape shown in the photo

After resting steam this puli pitha in a steamer till it gets soft and moist

Now boil milk add the steamed pulis and boil
- 9
Finally add the remaining jaggery and grated kheer and boil
