Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlCurd
  2. 3/4 bowlchopped Mogri
  3. 1/2 teaspoonChilli ginger paste
  4. 1/2 teaspoonsugar powder
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. 2 teaspoonchopped coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add curd and Mogri

    Add salt, sugar powder, chilli ginger paste and coriander leaves

    Mix everything well.

  4. 4

    Keep mixing for one minute

  5. 5

    Refrigerate the raita for one hour before serving

  6. 6

    Serve with paratha or pulao or as an accompaniment
