Creamy Blueberry Cheesecake

Ingredients

  1. filling
  2. 500 gramscream cheese
  3. 1 canall purpose cream
  4. 2 packagesall purpose cream
  5. 1 cancondensed milk
  6. 2 canblueberry
  7. 2 packagesknoxx gelatin
  8. For the crust
  9. 1 packagescrashed grahams
  10. 1/4 cupwhite sugar
  11. 2 pinchcinnamon powder (optional)
  12. 1/4 cupmelted butter

Cooking Instructions

    mixed crashed grahams, cinnamon (optional), sugar and melted butter

  2. 2

    on a container put some graham mix atleast half an inch and chill

  3. 3

    in a mixing bowl, make the knoxx gelatin as directed

  4. 4

    in a different bowl, mix cream cheese and allpurpose cream. You may use electric hand mixer or manually whisk it

    add condensed milk and mix well

  6. 6

    when you got your desired thickness add the knoxx gelatin to the mixture

  7. 7

    pour some cream cheese mixture on your graham crust and chill

  8. 8

    after an hour pour the canned blueberry and chill

  9. 9

    then it is ready to serve

    NOTE: i prefer to manually whisk the filling to have some tiny bits of cream cheese.
