Liquids
1 cuplemon juice
2 tbspsoy sauce
1/2 cupgarlic juice
2 cupdry white wine
1/4 cupbalsamic vinegar
Rub
3 pinchsalt
3 pinchpepper
3 pinchherbs de provence
1 clovegarlic minced

Rinse game hens inside and out
2

combine all liquid ingredients in one bowl and set aside
3

combine rub ingredients and rub into hens
4

pour half of liquid into crock pot
5

place hens breast down into pot
6

cover with remaining liquid
7

cook on low for 8-12 hours turning half way
