It's a winter delicacy and the taste is simply grt....
Steps

Boil milk in a pan.

Add rice and cook stirring continuously else it will stick in the pan.

Once the rice is 3/4 cooked add grated coconut and stir continuously on medium flame.

In another pan add 1/2 cup water and jaggery and allow it to melt.

Now when the kheer is almost done,add jaggery syrup to it using a strainer to avoid impurities.And remember to stir while adding jaggery syrup else the kheer might cuddle.

Now add elaichi powder

And finally switch off the flame.Let it sit for 5-10 mins.Then serve with nuts.
