Take a heavy bottom pan, add gratted jaggery in it and let it melt till caramelized.

Now dry roast the walnuts for not more than 2minutes.

Add honey into the caramelized jaggery.

Now quickly add the walnuts into the caramelized jaggery and the help of two forks, separate one by one and keep it on a foil pepper.

Your toffees are now ready, you can serve them and also store them in a box too.
