In a thick bottom pan/wok put ghee.

Add water. When hot put grated gud and stir continuously.

Cook gud till golden brown and till 2 string consistency.

Add roasted sesame/til.

Mix well. Put on greased surface and roll it tightly.

Immediately with the of cookie cutter make shapes of your desire choice.

When cool take out shaped chikkis very carefully.

Store it in airtight container.
