  12. 2pandan leaf
  13. 50 litercoxonut milk
  14. 300 mlwater
  15. 300 gramscurry powder
  16. 1/2 bunchcilantro
  17. side ingredient
  18. 10 gramsfish cake
  19. 30 gramsbean sprouts
  20. 4taufu / taufok
  21. 50 gramscuttlefish (soak)
  22. 10 gramsshallot
  23. 40 gramsyellow noodles
  24. 10 gramsclam meat

    heat the pot & add in the bland ingredient

  2. 2

    add in all the add on ingredients

  3. 3

    boil the curry bring it to reduce 30% add in coconut milk

  4. 4

    last stap add all the side ingredient ready to serve
