Back in school this was my main G, after class, after church and my Saturday morning special, I would eat this and just does off for like 5 hours, 🙄. I was craving it so badly and decided to make mine instead of buying, plus I live in the north where no one knows what I speak of😁😩

Steps

Boil parboiled beans till very tender, add salt to beans at the later stages of boiling

When already tender, using a serving spoon, mash the beans.

For the sauce: add palm oil into the pot and bleach for about 3-5 minutes

Add already minced onions and fry till brown

Blend the bell peppers, scotch bonnet and crayfish.

Add blended mixture to the pot

Wash locust bean seeds thoroughly

Fry the pepper mixture well till it attains a dark red look.

Add 2 Maggi stock cubes, ground cayenne pepper and the locust beans, allow to cook

Add salt to taste if necessary

Eat with bread, Agege bread to be precise 😂🖤
