  • 1 cupsuji
  • 2 table spooncurd
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tsp or as neededsalt
  • 1/2 cup or as neededwater
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1onion chopped
  • 4 tablespoongrated cheese
  • 2 tablespoonghee
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 2 tablespoonCoriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoontomato ketchup
  • 1 pkt eno
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 spoondegi mirch (kashmiri mirch)

Steps

    Ek bade bowl mein suji,1 tsp salt,curd,baking powder dalker mix karein

  2. 2

    Ab pani ki help s batter banaye na jada gadha na jada patla

  3. 3

    Ab idli stand grease karein

  4. 4

    Ab batter mein eno dal kar mix karein

  5. 5

    Ab sare idli mould mein 1- 1 spoon batter dalker steam karein 5 min

  6. 6

    5 min baad steamer open karein idli cheak karein agar idli ready hai to steamer s bahar nikale nahi to 2 min or steam karein

  7. 7

    Ab idli ko pieces mein cut karein or side rakhe

  8. 8

    Ab pan mein ghee garamkare rai crackle karein ab onion dalker 2 min medium flame par golden brown karein

  9. 9

    Ab tomato or green chilli dal kar 2 min cook karein ab salt,kashmiri mirch,turmuric powder dalker mix karein

  10. 10

    Ab idli dalker mix karein ab cheese dalker mix karein 2 min cook karein

  11. 11

    Ab tomato ketchup or dhaniya dalker mix karein

  12. 12

    Serve karein tomato ketchup ke sath garnish karein dhaniya patti or grated cheese s
