In a bowl put caster sugar ,eggs, and oil. then sieve flour and baking powder into this bowl.

Beat these ingredients in one direction for 2-3 min with a wooden spoon till the mixture smoothens...

Put 2tbsp of mixture in each cupcake paper placed in muffin tray

Place the muffin tray in oven( preheated at 200°c for 20min) for 15 min.

After15min( keep it 2-3min more in the oven if required) cool and serve...
