When ever we had severe back pain or menstrual cramps(kamar Ka dard) my mom always gives us this jaggery, saunth (dry ginger), flaxseed, ajwain & pipramul halwa/pak. It helps to relieve in backache or menstrual cramps.

Grate/crush jaggery.

Heat ghee in a pan. Add flaxseed. Once it crackles add ajwain, saunth, pipramul powder. Saute all for 1/2 minute.

Add jaggery. Saute all until jaggery melt.

Turn off gas.

Eat hot 4-5 tsp once or twice in a day. Don't drink water at least 15 minutes before or after eating this pak.

You can make it's laddoo & can store in air tight container.
