1 mediumfrench baguette
1 tbspghee or butter
1/4 cupolive oil
5 clovegarlic (you can use more or less depending on your taste)
1salt and pepper

slice the baguetter

in a small pan heat the ghee/butter and olive oil togther

crunch the garlic season and add to the oil

Once the garlic starts to brown turn heat of and with a spoon spread over the bread

place in the over for about 10 minutes until brown
