Ingredients

  • 200 gmGreen Peas
  • 100 gmOnion
  • 1ts rice flour, 1ts kadalai maavu, 1 ts salt
  • 5green chillies, 1 bunch coriander leaves
  • 250 mlcooking oil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak the green peas for 10 minutes.

    Then in mixer grinder add peas, green chillies, salt, coriander leaves and make into paste without adding water.

  3. 3

    Add chopped onion in the mix.

    Make vadai and fry it in the cooking oil.

  5. 5

    Crispy Peas Vada is ready to taste.
