150 gramsButter
1 tbspGolden syrup
2 cupFlour
1 cupSugar
1 cupCoconut
1 tbspCocoa
1Chocolate Icing
1 cupIcing Sugar
1 1/2 tbspCocoa
2 tbspButter
1 tbspBoiling Water

Steps

Melt butter and golden syrup in saucepan. Sr in sugar, coconut, cocoa and flour.

Press into tin and bak in moderate oven for 10-15 minutes.

Chocolate Icing.

Place icing sugar, cocoa and butter in bowl. Pour over boiling water and beat until smooth.

Ice slice and sprinkle coconut on the top.
