Finely grind the gur so that no big piece remain

Mix jaggery in rice flour

Mash and mix jaggery and flour till it become wet

It takes time to bind so keep patience and mix it

If you feel that flour is not wet then add one spoon milk

Keep mashing the dough until it is in dough form

Knead the dough for few min it will turn soft

Keep it aside for 15-20 min

Take it out and knead it once again

Grease your hand with oil and take spoon dough and make a ball

Roll it on poppy seed and deep fry in oil on low flame till golden brown colour
