First of all take 500 g of green peas and crush it in the grinder

Heat the oil in a kadai

Add Ginger garlic and green chilli paste and fry for 2 minutes

Then add crushed green peas and cook it for 10 minutes when it is cooked then remove from the gas

Take wheat flour in a deep bowl and make it soft dough

Take a small dough and make ashape of a small katori

Then stuff peas in it and cover it

And roll it with rolling pen

Make it medium size and thik

Heat the oil in a kadai for frying kachoris

Fry kachoris from both sides till golden brown

Then remove it from the oil

Serve it hot with tomato sauce
