Pumpkins makes chapatis soft delicious and Nutritious. These chapatis are friendly to all including a baby who is on weaning.

Peel and boil the pumpkin until they are soft.

Smash the boiled pumpkin in a bowl while they are still hot.

Add flour and the salt to the smashed pumpkin.

Mix and knead until the dough gets the desired texture. You can use the hot water if the dough is still bulky and heavy. Make a well on the dough and add about 50ml of the cooking oil. Knead well again until the oil is distributed

Roll a big piece and apply oil on the upper surface and then cut into long pieces

Roll the long slender pieces to make balls of small dough

Pre-Heat the pan while you roll the small balls of dough into circular shapes.

Put the flat rolled circular dough into the already hot pan. Let it cook before adding oil. On both sides.

Cook until it is ready. Repeat this for all the small dough balls.
