  1. 200 gmDaalia
  2. 150 gmjeggary
  3. 50 gmGhee
  4. 25 gmmix dry fruits
  5. 200 gmwater
  6. 1/4 Tea spoonElayachi powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix jeggary and water. Cook on flame. make jeggary syrup.

    Heat pan. Add ghee then add Daalia.

    Rost on slow flame till brown.

  4. 4

    Add jeggary syrup on it.

  5. 5

    Add dry fruits and elayachi powder.

    Cook in in presure cooker. Till 4-5 whistle.
