Ingredients

  • 2 packsbiscuits
  • 6eggs
  • 3hash brown squares (or 1 1/2 cups shredded hash browns)
  • 1 TSPonion powder
  • 1 TSPseasoning salt
  • 1/2roll of sausage
  • 1beef bouillon cube
  • 1/2 cupflour
  • 2 cupsmilk
  • Hand full shredded cheddar cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Roll out biscuits and line 9x13 baking dish. (Use 1 roll, save the other for later)

  2. 2

    Scramble the eggs, spread evenly on top of biscuits.

  3. 3

    Fry hash browns and season with onion powder/seasoning salt. Add on top of eggs. You can also add any veggies or other meats as well.

  4. 4

    Brown sausage, bouillon and flour mixture. Add milk and stir continually until gravy consistency.

  5. 5

    Pour gravy on to mixture then cover with other can of rolled biscuits. Sprinkle cheese on top of casserole.

    Bake 400° for 15 minutes.
