  • 3 ltrMilk-
  • 2 cup or as per you tasteSugar-
  • -5 or 6Elaichi
  • 15 or as you wantAlmons-
  • 15 or as per you wantCashews-
  • As neededKishmis-.
  • 1/2 cupGhee-

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the carrot

  2. 2

    Grated the carrot and boiled in cooker take one or 2 whistle

    Put in a kadhai and boiled then till water nit socked on midum flame

    After soak water add milk In it

    Stir 5 min gap whenever milk not socked,in low+midum.flame

  6. 6

    When milk socked add sugar and kishmis,and elaichi

  7. 7

    Stir in 2 or 3 min after socking sugar water add ghee in it and stir continuously

  8. 8

    Add dry fruits and again stir

  9. 9

    Enjoy carrot halwa
