Steps

Peel and clean carrot then grate that carrot.

Mix carrot and milk in cooker and cook upto full pressure and then remove cooker from gas

Allow cooker to cool down

Now put cooker on flame again and mix sugar and slowly stir mixer till milk disappear.

Add ghee and khoya and stir continously till oil removes from halwa

Now halwa is ready

Then decorate halwa with Cashew and Almonds and the halwa isready to serve

After pouring ghee and khoya stir it continously
