Steps

Soak rice for an hour.

Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan

Put soaked rice and cook till done.

Add cardamom powder and saffron.

Add chopped nuts and raisins.

Cook till milk thickens and rice is cooked properly.

Add jaggery and cook for 5-10 mins on slow flame till done.

Finally garnish with nuts.

Serve chilled /hot as per your choice.
