Boil green peas with a little salt, remove all excess water, finely chop the green chillies,ginger and the coriander leaves.

In a mixing bowl mash boiled potato, squeeze all water from the soya granules by pressing between your palm and mashed boiled green.Then add the chopped chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, cumin powder, salt,chat masala,red chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, garam masala and mix well to incorporate everything together.

Then add the bread crumbs and mix it well, divide the mixture into equal parts to make kebabs. Now moisten your palm and press each part along the length of a skewer to make each kabab approx 5 inch in length.

Now, these skewers can be either roasted in a hot gas tandoor for 7-8 minutes or in a electric tandoor. Alternatively, deep fry or you may pan grill too.But I used electric tandoor. Brush with oil and grill turning them, to evenly brown on all sides.

Serve hot with sprinkling some chat masala on kababs along with mint green chutney, onion and lemon wedges.
