Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 3 cupsRice
  2. 1/4 kgFresh tomatoes
  3. Salt
  4. 2 cubesSeasioning
  5. 1/4 kgVegetable oil
  6. 1 teaspooncurry
  7. 3carrots
  8. Handfulgreen peas
  9. Salt
  10. 8big fresh pepper
  11. 1 teaspoonmixed spice

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil the white rice and boil it again.add salt and bring it off the heat when is soft and done.

  2. 2

    Cut the carrots and green peas and pour inside the rice cover it let the heat from the rice softens it.

  3. 3

    Blend the fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper boil till all the water evapourates.

  4. 4

    Pour in vegetable oil and turn,leave it for 5minutes add more vegetable oil if required.

  5. 5

    Then pour in water and boil.add seasoning,salt,curry and mixed spice.

  6. 6

    Boil for 5 minutes and is done.
