Steps

Parboil the white rice and boil it again.add salt and bring it off the heat when is soft and done.

Cut the carrots and green peas and pour inside the rice cover it let the heat from the rice softens it.

Blend the fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper boil till all the water evapourates.

Pour in vegetable oil and turn,leave it for 5minutes add more vegetable oil if required.

Then pour in water and boil.add seasoning,salt,curry and mixed spice.

Boil for 5 minutes and is done.
