1 tbspsugar
1 pinchsalt
2 tspbaking powder
1 tspbaking soda
3/4 cupmilk
1egg yolk
1egg white (beaten)
4 tbspbrown sugar
1 tspcinnamon
1/4 tspvanilla extract
1 pinchnutmeg

mix together flour, sugar, baking soda and baking powder.

add wet ingredients.

stir in cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar. (make sure there aren't any clumps of brown sugar!)

mix until relatively smooth. (some lumps are okay)

cook and enjoy !
