Take wheat flour in parat. Add salt and knead soft dough using water

Keep this dough aside for 30 minutes.

Take potatoes in bowl.

Mess it. Add all masala and mix well.

Stuffing is ready for parantha.

Make small balls from dough.

Roll slightly with dry wheat flour. fill with stuffing. And roll it.

On hot tawa bake parantha from both sides with the help of oil.

In the same way make all.

Take Buttermilk in bowl.add bathuya, salt, chilli powder, bhuna jeera. And mix well.

Bathuya raita is ready

Serve hot parantha with bathuya raita.
