1 1/2 tspgaram masale
1fennigeek seeds
1small carton of sour cream
2large red chillies
1 packagesspinach
2 candiced tomatoes
1leek
2 packagespaneer cheese
1 packagesjasmine rice

blend leek and chillies and fry with ginger and garlic

dice or food process the spinach

add tomatoes and sour cream to leek mix and cook till hot

add spinach and Paneer cheese and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes

cook jasmine rice

stir through garam masala and fennigeek seeds and serve with rice
