these cookies are chewy and amazing!! and really simple!!

I had a strong urge to bake and since it has been more than 10 years since i baked my last batch, i googled around for some recipes. Found one I liked, modified it a bit and presto! :-)

Adapted from Anna Olson classic chocolate chip cookies

These cookies are very buttery but light and crispy. I have been using this recipe for more than 5 years.

I really enjoy the baked cookies from the frozen section. But they are getting boring, so I made a recipe to improve the blandness if the cookies.

I decided to make chocolate chip cookies once and used the first recipe Google threw at me. It turned out to be the best chocolate chip cookies I'd ever had. They are very soft and moist. I would compare them to Subway cookies but not as flat.I kept making these often-requested cookies for a few years for all of my friends and family but then disaster struck! The recipe was removed from the app!Fortunately I had previously emailed the recipe to someone so now I'm re-posting this recipe for everyone to enjoy.

Very easy to prepare, and the cookies are crunchy. Sometimes I put raisins instead of chocolate chips and it tastes as good...
