Heat 1tspn oil, add onion & ginger garlic paste.

Add peas paste & make a mixture.

Now make a small round from flour dough,put 1tspn peas mixture in it.

Roll it again.

Deep fry all the pooris.

For dum aloo, add bay leaf, dry red chilli, green cardamom & cinnamon stick in hot oil.

Add chopped onion, tomato& ginger garlic paste.

Add all spices.

Prick the boiled potatoes with a fork & add it with spices.

Add 2 cup hot water & let it cook for 10 to 15 mins.

After that adjust salt & gravy.Add coriander leaves.

It's ready to serve now.In winter evening it can be serve with hot tea or coffee.
