Preheat oven to 350. Boil cabbage whole and add the vinegar into the water, for about 1 hour, TIP: I do this the day before and let cool, then peel away from head and cut the hard vein about 1" triangle, then place in lg Ziploc in fridge till you're ready. In a pan, over med-high heat add oil. Over med-high heat place diced onions, minced garlic and add to hot oil, add paprika, cook for about 5 min untill onions are sauteed. Then add the water along with the rice, cook until the water has evaporated. place aside. In a lg bowl add ground pork, salt, pepper, season salt and onion mixture, mix together. Take some of the darker cabbage leafs and line the bottom of your oven roaster, sprinkle some of the sauerkraut ontop of the bottom layer darker cabbage. Add the 2 pork hocks one on each side.Grab meat, roll and fold cabbage and start layering. in between each layer, add some more sauerkraut. when finished pour the V8 and add some water, about 2" from the top. Cover and cook for 4
