Bowtie Spinach and Bacon. Pasta

Ingredients

  1. pasta
  2. 1 (1 half)pound loose spinach
  3. 2 slicecooked bacon
  4. 1one box.bowtie pasta
  5. 1 (1 table spoon)olive oil
  6. 1/2reaspoon garic salt
  7. 1each one small onion sliced thinly
  8. 2 tbspbacon drippings

Cooking Instructions

    Boil pasta in water with olive oil until aldente tender

  2. 2

    In a 10 inch sauce pan heat half bacon drippings add onion slices cook until just caramelized over med heat. Add spinach and rest of bacon crumbled stirring frequently until spinach wilts, strain pasta and blend with spinach and onion mixture add garlic salt and crumbled bacon, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese serve immediately
