mix panko and flour together

add salt and pepper to flour mix, and set aside

beat 3 eggs in a bowl and set aside

cut chicken breasts into thin strips

first, dip chicken breast into egg, and then into the flour mix

heat large skillet to medium heat

add chicken to skillet, cooking chicken until golden brown and until the meat is cooked white all the way through

while chicken is cooking, mix the soy sauce and brown sugar. If you're using kikkoman soy sauce you'll have to add more brown sugar to taste.

add the garlic, ginger, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to the soy sauce mix

once chicken is done cooking, generously drizzle Korean sauce over your chicken
