Ingredients

  • Chicken
  • 4chicken breasts
  • 1 cupflour
  • 1/2 cuppanko Japanese style bread crumbs
  • 1 dashsalt & pepper
  • 3eggs
  • Korean Sauce
  • 2 cupAloha Soy Sauce (if you don't have Aloha soy sauce, you may use kikkoman though you'll have to use a lot more brown sugar)
  • 1 tbspgarlic
  • 1 cupbrown sugar
  • 5 tbspfreshly grated ginger root
  • 2 tspoyster sauce
  • 1 dashsesame oil

    mix panko and flour together

  2. 2

    add salt and pepper to flour mix, and set aside

  3. 3

    beat 3 eggs in a bowl and set aside

  4. 4

    cut chicken breasts into thin strips

  5. 5

    first, dip chicken breast into egg, and then into the flour mix

  6. 6

    heat large skillet to medium heat

  7. 7

    add chicken to skillet, cooking chicken until golden brown and until the meat is cooked white all the way through

  8. 8

    while chicken is cooking, mix the soy sauce and brown sugar. If you're using kikkoman soy sauce you'll have to add more brown sugar to taste.

    add the garlic, ginger, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to the soy sauce mix

  10. 10

    once chicken is done cooking, generously drizzle Korean sauce over your chicken

  11. 11
