3 cupcooked white rice
2 cupcooked diced chicken
2 cuplight sour cream
2 cupshredded cheese such as cheedar or colby jack
2 tbspsliced pepperocini peppers
2 tsppepperocini juice from the jar
1/2 tspsalt
1/4 tspfresh black pepper

preheat oven to 375°F

spray casserole dish with cooking spray

mix all ingredients together and put in casserole dish

sprinkle a little extra cheese on top. sprinkle with a little paprika, if you'd like

bake for 35 to 40 minutes
