Ingredients

  1. 3 cupcooked white rice
  2. 2 cupcooked diced chicken
  3. 2 cuplight sour cream
  4. 2 cupshredded cheese such as cheedar or colby jack
  5. 2 tbspsliced pepperocini peppers
  6. 2 tsppepperocini juice from the jar
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1/4 tspfresh black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 375°F

  2. 2

    spray casserole dish with cooking spray

  3. 3

    mix all ingredients together and put in casserole dish

  4. 4

    sprinkle a little extra cheese on top. sprinkle with a little paprika, if you'd like

  5. 5

    bake for 35 to 40 minutes
