Pour warm water into large bowl, sprinkle in yeast, let stand until foamy. (5 min.)

Add sugar, butter, eggs, and salt; 5hen flour last.

Brush top of dough with butter, cover, and let rise for about an hour.

Turn dough out onto work surface. Roll into log and cut into 18 pieces.

Brush pan with butter. Press edges of dough into smooth balls and place in pan.

Let rise for 30-40 min or refridgerate for 4 hours or more.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake until golden, or 35-40 min.
