  • 1 cupshortning
  • 1 cupwhite sugar
  • 1 cupbrown sugar
  • 2eggs
  • 1 1/2 cuppeanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 1 tsp1/8 salt
  • 2 tspbaking soda
  • 3 cupplain flour

    mix all ingredients together.

  2. 2

    mix dough and form into small balls.

  3. 3

    place on cookie sheet and flatten with fork.

  4. 4

    bake 10 minutes at 375°F.
